All of our pasta is made fresh daily from 100% durum semolina flour. Cooked pasta naturally tends to continue absorbing sauces and may stick as it cools. Follow these simple reheating tips for best results. When reheating pasta use the stove top with a fry or sauté pan.
For red sauces a slash of water, wine or stock then reheat over medium heat.
For lemon, butter, wine or olive oil based sauces use water, white wine, broth or stock then reheat over medium heat.
For cream sauces a splash of milk or water then heat over medium heat.
If using a microwave use 30-40 second intervals at 75% power stir in between intervals and heat till warm.
